The Township Assessor is Ms. Diane Gajor, who holds regular office hours every Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Township Offices, 1499 South 36th Street. She can be reached by phone at (269) 665-7805 or through e-mail at charassessor@charlestontownship.org.

The assessor determines assessed values for tax evaluation with the coordination of the Township's Board of Review. The Board of Review meets annually to hear challenges to assessed evaluation and to correct clerical errors in the township's assessment roll.
